This workout kicks
butt! We offer a true kickboxing class with work
on heavy bags for the ultimate workout that will
leave you sweaty, smiling and relaxed when it's
over. We are martial arts experts who can make
beginners feel welcome and comfortable, or
challenge even the most fit athlete. Kickboxing
is a fantastic stress reliever.

Muay Thai is
referred to as "The Art of Eight Limbs", as the
hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used
extensively in this art. A practitioner of Muay
Thai ("nak muay") thus has the ability to
execute strikes using eight "points of contact,"
as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western
boxing and "four points" (fists, feet) used in
the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial
arts.
Our classes have great music and energy. A
normal class would have some warm up and
stretching, some simple punching and kicking
combinations, then we get to work on the heavy
bags. Heavy bag work will provide you with a
workout that blows all others away! After a hard
day at work it is a great stress relief.
